Syaqira Homestay is actually a semi-Detached house. The house is located 15km from Kuala Terengganu City and 5 minutes drive from Sultan Mahmood Airport. It also located about 9km from UDM Kampus KUSZA and 10km from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu(UMT)
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a mini kitchen. The master bedroom has a bathroom in it and the other rooms need to share the main bathroom.
For our customer's convenience, we provide some facilities:
* Each room has AIRCOND in it
* A refrigerator
* An ASTRO cabled TV
* A mini kitchen
* A cozy sofa
* A small desk
* An iron with an iron board
* An electric jug kettle
* Bathrooms equipped with hot showers
* A small dining table
There's a beach located about 1.2 KM from the house called Teluk Ketapang Beach. It has a long stretch and sandy white beach facing the south China Sea. The area along the beach is mostly flat with coconut and casuarina trees covering most of the landscape. The beach is actually a reclaimed land made by Inai Kiara Sdn. Bhd..It is an extended park of the the airport. From Kuala Terengganu town proceed to the beach using the road leading to the airport.
A valued customer has a choice to rent only 1 room with a rental per night of RM150 or 2 rooms – RM220 or the whole room for RM300 only. Once a room is booked, our customer can enjoy the facilities in the house and the house will not be open for other customers.

It also located about 8km from UDM Kampus KUSZA and 9km from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu(UMT) and about 10 KM from Maktab Perguruan Batu Rakit dan MRSM.
